This service is free.
All those wanting to join the service, must provide their full name and phone to this “Citizen Attention Call Line” on 010. From that moment on they will receive the alert messages on ozone levels registered by the Department of Environment of Navarra.
Through the new mobile information system, citizens may receive warning messages when it is suspected that the ozone level can reach the information threshold, ie 180 mcrg/m3, and when that threshold has been exceeded and when it ceased. From 180 mcgr/m3 higher concentrations.
For sure they will be alerted on the low ozone level during the San Fermin Festival and especially during the Running of the Bulls, only those that have rent a balcony spot will receive a positive message as they won´t be on the ground.
